Inta yoga is a team who believe more in quality execution than quantity in the sector of Yoga and spiritualism. We have experience in providing service to travelers in difficult situations and have succeeded to manage tours in many harsh conditions over the past 15 years. After the pandemic of covid-19, we ourselves felt that yoga plays a vital role in maintaining our inner peace, mental and physical health. With our devotion to this sector, we discovered that Yoga has the strong capacity to maintain a healthy life. So with this view we intend to start a school to help people from around the world to gather in a unique place and learn this beautiful gift of the oriental culture in the holy land of yoga, Nepal.
Nepal is the land of the Himalayas from where the traditions of yoga were developed thousands of years earlier with the great effort of saints and sages. This land has also given a platform filled with spiritual energy to many meditation practitioners from where they gained their enlightenment. Nepal is also a holy land for the lord of Yoga, Lord Shiva. In addition to this, Nepal has many spiritual centers in the lap of the Himalayas which turns out to be a holy land of spiritualism.
After this pandemic, as all sectors were badly affected, all the yoga teachers were also heavily effected and lost their jobs as well as people couldn’t travel as before. We intend to uplift the tradition of yoga and meditation and enhance our effort to provide the quality teachings of Yoga to our students with a team effort of many yoga teachers around Nepal.
Efficient Yoga with quality assurance in management is our goal and we will make sure that our student who join our TTC or Retreat program feel a better hospitality with our management.Our Goal is bring Yoga into our lifestyle as well as everyone in the world find the benefit of Bringing Yoga into their life and community life.
