FAYE DEWIT

Faye has spent many years venturing around the world, spending most of her recent years teaching and learning in Asia. From the UK, born into the western world culture, she is well-traveled and immersed into eastern cultures.  Naturally born into the world of teaching, she holds a firm knowledge and  understanding of teaching principles and engagement skills. Having graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Primary Teaching, specialising in Physical Education, she lends a role from her background to overseeing, curating and developing programs for medical and fitness professionals.  Having almost everything she possesses, she felt a gap was still to be filled within herself. She has since qualified with the National Academy of Sports & Medicine as a personal trainer and started her journey within the fitness and health industry. Having trained in Massage Therapy, IASTM, Kinesiology Taping, and Clinical Cupping Therapy, she found the gap in her life closing as she unconsciously moved towards India for her Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, at Kranti Yoga School.
Having completed her 500 hours teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, she was presented the opportunity of helping facilitate the YTTC at Kranti Yoga School.
Teaching Positional Alignment, Modifications, Teaching Methodology and Anatomy. Faye has continued to develop her teaching skills and completed 100 Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. She also had the opportunity to be a brand ambassador for Yin Yoga International school, hoping to share her perspective on how to bring balance on all levels of life. She also chairs the Integrated Training Institute, a continuing education provider, responsible for the company operations internationally. She currently practices as a sports therapist, facilitator and yoga teacher, running classes, courses and retreats across the globe. Her latest venture settling down in Singapore, opening her own Yoga, Training & Therapy centre – Movement & Sports Medicine Centre. Housing a space to use all her skills with the hopes to inspire others and bring balance with everyone she encounters. She loves to continue learning, always staying a student, gathering experiences and staying in perfect balance.
