Claudia is a professional engineer who diligently works a day to day life like most people do. She is in tune with the slogan  “I am Petite in size, but I am blessed beyond measure”.

She was simultaneously building a presence for herself within her engineering career and traveling within working communities as an engineer. It was during that time, about 12 years ago, when she felt the pull to find a healthy, happy and mindful balance between the external world and her own inner life. Her doctor advised her to join some yoga classes to explore movement and breathing techniques. From that point onward her health improved and she gained as much flexibility as she could imagine. Like everyone says, flexible body, flexible mind.

With those amazing changes on her body, mind and soul, she has started to explore meditation, yoga, mindfulness movement, pre/postnatal yoga and kids yoga.  She left her busy engineering job and started her journey in a school and teaching yoga in the evening. Her beautiful intention to continue teaching yoga is based on self-discovery sparked by her desire to share the beauty of yoga with others

After hearing inspiring words from a speaker in a healing retreat she attended with her family last year, she connected with a Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing Teacher Training Course and has explored and studied the various techniques ever since.  She went on to complete the Sound Therapy Teacher Training Course, and continued education to Integrative Sound and Yoga. She has a soul to help fuse these inner and outer world connections for others.

Today, Claudia  brings mindfulness into action through her involvement in Yoga and Healing by leading private and group classes of Yoga movement, breathing techniques, meditations and Sound Healing using Tibetan Handmade Singing Bowls. Additionally she is  managing @soundhealingindonesia @dyogaspace and familyhood with children who love her Yoga/ healing  sessions. She also co-facilitates Sound Healing TTC alongside her team throughout Indonesia.
