Ranny

Ranny is an instructor in TTC and an inspired student of the Yogic lifestyle.  She is a high quality instructor as well as student of the role of contemplative training within the field of healing and how associated mindfulness practices can be used as instruments for individual and societal transformation.  Having been raised in a Bali Cultural home, Yoga Culture combined with Hinduism was at the center of daily life for Ranny. As her practice grew  and transformed over the years, she began to translate philosophy into action. She learned to use yoga lifestyle as a tool to practice self-compassion and extend kindness to herself as well as to others. She continued with several TTC & workshops to deepen her knowledge while also working with underserved communities across Bali Island.

As a community instructor and explorer, she seeks to understand and deconstruct the multilayered conditioning that prohibits human flourishing. Her training at The Sound Healing course, and in the path of Mindfulness-Based Reiki lineage has allowed her to develop a multidimensional approach to support students and friends on their path toward greater alignment and joy toward a healthy lifestyle. Ranny celebrates leading a life centered around prosocial values and ethical wellbeing through villages, organic harvest for local products and sustainable life patterns. She believes in plant medicine, sincere dialogue, and social connection. Ranny is well known for having a gentle approach to things that she loves and cares for.
